Teams For Success was founded in 1999 by industrial organizational psychologist Lucy Ruiz. Her credentials include over 16 years experience in the public sector and private industry, a BS degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, a MA degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, and is a licensed psychologist in Puerto Rico. Additionally, she is currently working on her thesis for her Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology at the Carlos Albizu University. Teams For Success' goal is to help clients reach their potential in order to be more effective in their work. This is achieved by helping clients create a work environment of harmony and respect, and one that contributes to business strategic results. Teams For Success has had the opportunity to lead strategic transformations in a variety of scenarios which include Municipal, State, and Federal government as well as in service, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries. During such transformations, participants are guided through a journey of self exploration, since all change begins with one's self.
