TECH DD Ltd is a UK based firm of Chartered Surveyors performing building surveys and technical due diligence for UK and International investors managing, acquiring and disposing of real estate assets in the UK, Belgium and Luxembourg. With over 15 years experience working as a building surveyor and 11 years in the specialist field of Technical Due Diligence, TechDD is led by Adrian TAGG BSc (Hons) MRICS who has been involved in real estate transactions for hundreds of assets advising vendors and purchasers on their condition, defects and costs.
