Techflow Marine provides a range of specialist products to the Offshore Oil & Gas and Marine industries. Our market focus is directed towards the prominent emergence and accelerated development of offshore reserves utilising FPSO/FSU units, whilst accommodating the requirements of conventional fixed platforms and jack-up rigs. The current range of products include FPSO/FSU Fluid Transfer Systems, Hose Handling Systems, Large Bore Flexible Hose Systems and Marine Coupling Systems. Operating from the company's Head Office located in the North East of England, manufacturing activities are coordinated and scheduled to its principle manufacturing locations in the UK and Singapore as well as sub-contractors in China, Korea and the USA. From the head office, our highly qualified team of Design and Project Engineers have extensive experience and knowledge of the design and supply of fluid transfer systems and associated mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment to the industry. All activities are performed in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. Equipment manufacture, assembly and testing is primarily carried out within the 20,000 sq ft UK manufacturing facility, located in the North East of England near Newcastle Upon Tyne. The main through-put of this facility is that of high quality bespoke mechanical, electrical, hydraulic power and control systems to the European Offshore and Marine industries. Manufacture of larger equipment destined for our Far Eastern clients may utilise our overseas facilities, located in South Korea and Singapore. With extensive manufacturing and dynamic winch load testing facilities including heavy-lift cranage, the extensive waterfront load-out facilities provides excellent capacity for the larger and heavy equipment such as crude oil offloading and mooring systems. In addition to our main manufacturing facilities, Techflow Marine has close relationships and working partnerships with a number of fabrication sub-contract facilities within mainland Europe, China, South Korea and USA, with extensive experience and proven track record. After-sales technical support and services are provided from both UK and Far East locations.
