Techno Moteur S.A. was founded in 1998 as a sole proprietorship, by Mr Claude Duval Jr. In 2007, Techno Moteur S.A. became a stock corporation and its bylaws are published in the Official Newspaper "Le Moniteur" No 96, dated Thursday October 25, 2007. Since its inception, Techno Moteur S.A. was a provider of Power Generators, Industrial Equipments and other Power Products mainly to the Haitian local community. Techno Moteur S.A. always made a top priority of servicing and maintaining in fine shape the equipments it sold to its customers. Over the years and particularly in the last decade, Techno Moteur S.A.'s reputation as being one of the leading suppliers of power generating plants in Haiti has grown exponentially. Techno Moteur S.A.'s headquarter is located at Route Nationale #1, Building Duval, Cazeau, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Techno Moteur S.A. also maintains field offices in Jacmel, Petit Goave, Saint Marc, Gonaives and Plateau Central to service its customers and attend closely and rapidly to their needs. Techno Moteur S.A. is a spin-off of Duval Enterprises, established in Haiti since 1885 as commodities broker & trader for coffee, cocoa in the city of Miragoane. The automotive branch opened in 1951 with the launching of a modern engine rebuilding facility comp-lete with its spareparts warehouse, owned and operated by Mr Claude Duval Sr. In 1963, a branch of this same division was opened in Puerto-Rico. With such a long experience in the Automotive Industry, Techno Moteur S.A. has grown to become one of Haiti's main supplier of power equipments with outstanding expertise in power services and maintenance. As the main distributor of power generating equipments from leading foreign manufacturers such as FG WILSON, MTU ONSITE ENERGY (MTU KATOLIGHT) and HIMOINSA, Techno Moteur S.A. from its inception has created a successful partnership with most of the major commercial & industrial enterprises in Haiti as a power generating company that delivers the best products in the market and excels at professional services. Techno Moteur S.A. has made and is making considerable investments in Human Resources by hiring several foreign staff (expats) with Power & Telecommunication skills and expertise to support its existing operations.
