We particularly excel in the area of construction management work. Our diverse field of partners, from heavyweight construction companies to local construction firms, major real estate companies and regional banks, numbers more than 300, and we have been involved with a wide variety of construction sites and buildings to date. Our clients require personnel at various different sites. To meet those needs, we are the only company in the industry to do business through a nationwide network of 14 offices. This ensures that we retain suitable and skilled engineers and provide our services quickly and precisely. We recently opened an office in Shanghai and are working to further improve our services. This allows us to quickly supply personnel and provide on-site support at the local bases of clients who not only operate in Japan but who have also expanded overseas, to Asia in particular. We have also called on the industry as a whole to improve its knowledge of the Worker Dispatch Law. To this end we hold compliance lectures and workshops, earning high praise from clients. Since 2011, we have referred to "personnel services specializing in the construction industry involving ongoing after-sales follow-ups as the focus of compliance" as "Construction Engineering", and have worked under a united company-wide effort to further improve our services.
