This business model allows faster decision making process in various aspects and it also allows the business to experience organic grow in terms of revenue as well as scopes of services. Since the business owners run the day-to-day operations, customers feedback are immediately and directly channeled to the right key stakeholders. As a result, issues and problems are promptly addressed and resolved. The ability to react to the market changes, price sensitivity and escalation needed is the key advantage of the owner-operated business model. We have never failed the mission critical tasks we committed to our clients. Currently, the principal activities of the Company comprise Managing Services and Recruitment. Global Business Services (GBS), which generates 80% of our revenue, is the key segment the Company operates in. The core activities in this segment are Life Cycle Management (LCM) of a large scale network centre and Business Processes for several shared services centres, which were set up by the Fortune 500 enterprises. The remaining 20% of the revenue is derived from the recruitment of talents for commercial entities in the Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Pharmaceutical, Tobacco and Automobile industries.
