Our in house committed and efficient Building Management Team ensure all our properties are well maintained, and tenant matters promptly and satisfactorily attended to. Our Associated Businesses include a controlling stake in Hotel Associates Ltd which owns the 4 star Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam, part of the international Hotel chain Carlson Rezidor Group. In addition, we have a significant holding in National Insurance Sdn Bhd,Brunei's leading non-life Insurance Company.
