Since 1993 Tehnika has been operating as a stock company, completely privatized and in majority ownership of small shareholders. Since 2002 Tehnika has been isted on stock exchanges as a public stock company. During its long history, and today, Tehnika has always been the leading player in the construction industry. The company provides clients with total service; from construction operation, design, investment studies, engineering, and project management, production of construction materials, technical supervision, and risk management. Its 700 employees and experts with rich experience are a guarantee of high quality in undertaking and completion of the services stated above. During 70 years Tehnika built a large number of major infrastructure projects, along with many large-scale and complex industrial plants, public and cultural facilities. Let us mention only some of them: Zagreb Fair, Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall, National and University Library, etc. Tehnika is also active on foreign markets and is currently going through a kind of expansion in this segment. These new developing markets are the neighbouring countries such as Bosnia and Herzegovina and rbia. We are present there through our associated companies: Tehnika d.o.o. Kiseljak and Tehnika AG d.o.o. Belgrade. The implementation of ISO 9001standard, entailing strict criteria related to devices, equipment and systems in all construction phases, ensures the quality that presupposes responsible involvement of all work process participants. Along with the stated quality standards, the basic principles applied by our company are nature preservation, energy efficiency and pollution prevention. In order to preserve nature more efficiently, our company has introduced environment management system according to ISO 14001 which is applied to design process, engineering and construction of all kinds of buildings and sale of concrete and concrete products.
