TEK Industries, LLCis a US based corporation, founded in 1984.TEKspecializes in engineering, contract manufacturing, and custom R&D. The company has been instrumental in development, design and manufacturing of products for the military and medical fields, as well as security, industrial, telecom, and access control. In 2014, TEK Industries was purchased by North Hartland Tool Corporation. Now both companies are subsidaries of NVT Technologies. NVT Technologies is the parent company for a family of precision manufacturing and design companies which also includes Vermont Microtechnologies and Carl Associates.
