The TEKMILL

From solid models to solid parts, the TEKMILL delivers a wide range of custom design, machining, and small-scale fabrication services to universities, startup companies, and well-established corporate customers. Specializing in the development of prototype components and devices, the TEKMILL has the experience and creativity needed to produce either a few first articles or production-scale quantities. Located in the heart of the Research Park at the University of Illinois, the TEKMILL facility is equipped with CNC vertical mills, CNC lathes, surface grinders, arc welders, and other metal and plastic fabrication equipment. The TEKMILL also offers temporary space, assistance with process development, and quality systems consulting to early-stage companies that need an economical solution for new product manufacturing.
