That is why all of our technical staff undergo an extensive two year training process that ensures they are capable of effectively resolving technical issues and deploying technology to industry standards. While working with us, all of our technical staff are required to engage in continuing education. We have an ongoing training process that keeps them up to date with the latest technologies in a fast changing world. Teknik IT technical staff are Microsoft Certified, CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Net+ Certified.
