Tekom-Puk, which is one of the important suppliers of a world mark for more than 25 years in the energy sector Siemens-Turkey, is continuing to grow with Siemens in the Iraqi market. Being in need of energy in large amounts within the context of reconstruction, investments in the energy sector are significantly increasing during the recent years in Iraq. While those investments have been occurring as new electricity power plants and switchyards, SIEMENS, which is a world giant in the energy sector, is acting as a big player of that market. Tekom-Puk, which has been in the position of a solution partner of SIEMENS for many years, went ahead again together with SIEMENS in the investments within the context of NT and 5PP Projects. In its two big undertaken projects in Iraq SIEMENS preferred the products of Tekom-Puk. Commercial General Director Murad Saygin explained his view of the case as follows: "Being in collaboration for more than 25 years with a firm like SIEMENS which has had great success at international platforms is something leads us to feel extremely proud. To supply services to the firm SIEMENS, which takes care of every stage of the processes covering the product qualities and service qualities, requires extremely meticulous work. I think that Tekom-Puk has achieved it without problems. In recent years very important investments are being made in the energy sector in the Iraqi market. We, as a result of our relationship with Siemens, have been supplying goods to the energy projects. In the latest two years we delivered more than 2,000 tons of goods by 294 TIRs. Most of the supplied products were subjected to quality control processes by the authorities of SIEMENS at different stages of the production before the delivery. Thankfully we realized our deliveries without having any problems of quality or deadline. Our target is to represent proudly the names of our firm, our customer SIEMENS and our country by repeating the same success in the next orders to be delivered in the near future." When he closes his speech Saygin expresses his gratitude to the whole SIEMENS staff and the firm's employees who have been in a successful collaboration in the realizations of those projects.
