Telecontacts International

Telecontacts was formed in April 2015 as a division of Jim James. Jim James DBA was formed in April 2015, via a county clerk filing in Fort Bend County, Texas. The company offices were established at 10500 Fountain Lake Dr, Suite #523, Stafford Texas 77477. Throughout 2015 and 2016 the services of Jim James DBA Telecontacts International were to provide low cost, English speaking call centric resources from South America to clients in the United States. However, in 2016 a decision was made to abandon the Telecontacts brand and domain and purchase Outsource South America, LLC and the OutsourceSA.com domain. The "Tele-contacts" branding was limiting the company's ablity to expand into other 'services' that didn't involve the 'tele' phone and this marketing strategy has proven to be a very positive for the company's growth.
