Temecula Preparatory School (TPS) is a K-12, non-profit, public charter school which utilizes a classical education founded on four cardinal virtues. TPS is tuition free and is open to all California... students. It is located in a high density county, but in a rural locale. TPS has approximately 1,100 students on an integrated K-12 campus. It is located in Winchester, California. TPS is managed by Heritage Classical Charter Schools (HCCS). Mr. Scott Phillips, J.D., leads the school as CEO of HCCS and Headmaster.
