Australian Performance Management Association - Terra Firma's involvement is through membership and volunteering on national committee. AustPMA is a professional association focusing on performance management, particularly Earned Value Management. Australian Institute of Project Management - Terra Firma's involvement is through corporate membership. AIPM has helped define Project Management within Australia, particularly through the National Competency Standards and the RegPM and MPD programs. Project Management Institute - Terra Firma's involvement is through individual memberships and volunteering on State committee. PMI has helped define Project Management internationally, particularly through the development of PMBOK, OPM3 and the PMP certification. The Australian Information Industry Association - AIIA assists the ICT industry to meet its business objectives, locally and globally in corporate and government markets. Together, we set the strategic direction of our industry. We influence public policy, engage industry stakeholders and provide our members with business productivity tools, advisory services and market intelligence to accelerate their business growth.
