Our goal in every SONIC drilling project is always ZERO workplace injuries or accidents and ZERO environmental incidents that could potentially affect our employees, subcontractors, facilities or project sites, our customers, the surrounding communities, or related stakeholders. We take the same care and concern when training customers on their own SONIC drilling projects. Standard training for employees is supplemented by program and project-specific health and safety plans, daily "toolbox" safety meetings, field and facility compliance audits, verification of any required corrective actions, and the incorporation of "near miss" reports as learning tools. Compliance metrics are monitored for each branch location and are reviewed monthly. Our method has proven effective - TSi recorded no OSHA Recordables/Lost Time in 2013 and the Drilling Services Division has had no OSHA Recordables/Lost Time in the past two years.
