We purchase land that has planning permission granted to build new houses, new houses and flats or even bungalows from 5 units through to sites up to 150 new homes. We are in the unique position that we have readily available funds and can often complete these purchases very quickly. Conversely we are also looking for sites without planning permission. We are specialists in obtaining planning permission on greenfield sites, gardens, old industrial or existing residential property that needs to be redeveloped. With a team of specialist planning consultants and architects, we are comfortable to enter into an agreement with the land owner at an early stage. We will then design a new housing scheme that maximises the site's potential. Working closely with the planning authorities and embarking on in depth public consultations we are able to obtain permission on schemes that complement the surroundings, enhances the local community whilst also addressing local planning requirements. By undertaking these methods we have found that this tends to reduce the time taken to achieve a satisfactory conclusion and in our experience the chances of success are dramatically increased. As we are in a position to fund the process fully, we effectively absorb the costs and stress.
