Founded in 2012, Thals is headquartered in New York and has offices in Chicago. Thals Capital Partners LLC ("TCP") and Thals Trading Solutions LLC ("TTS") are wholly owned subsidiaries of Thals Associates LLC ("Thals"). TCP is registered as a Broker-Dealer with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and a member of Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") and Securities Investor Protection Corporation ("SIPC"). In addition, TCP and TTS are registered as Introducing Brokers with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") and members of the National Futures Association ("NFA").
