Alan developed the site to provide access to the best available stress management resources and stress management tools. Alan's business is called Work-Life Solutions, a business psychology consultancy focusing mainly on stress management and resilience. Work-Life Solutions provides stress management training and consultancy to corporate clients and in partnership with Occupational Health Provider, Duradiamond Healthcare. Work-Life Solutions is based in Central Scotland, but delivers services all across the UK and occasionally in Europe. The Stress Site has members all over the world. Work-Life Solutions' clients for in-house training are (mostly large) organizations across all sectors, including: NHS Trusts, Government Departments, Local Authorities, Housing Associations and large Companies.
