The Biz Foundry

The Biz Foundry is the business accelerator program of the Upper Cumberland Entrepreneurial Foundation, one of 9 in the state partnered with the Governor's LaunchTN program. We are charged with building the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the 14 counties in the Upper Cumberland region: Cannon, Clay, Cumberland, DeKalb, Fentress, Jackson, Macon, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Smith, Warren, White, and Van Buren Counties. Economic success and job growth is directly tied to the success of emerging companies. The primary purpose of our organization is to support the successful development of entrepreneurial companies by matching innovation, education, mentorship, and investments with aspiring entrepreneurs. The Upper Cumberland holds the knowledge, resources, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit to bring about a sustainable and vibrant startup community to the region. We regularly host and sponsor relevant events and projects for anyone interested in all things entrepreneurial in order to connect these vital pieces of our community.
