The Corporate Law Academy

The Corporate Law Academy (TCLA) is an educational platform founded in 2018. We provide online training to teach future lawyers the skills they need to excel in their legal careers. From partner-led courses on private equity to in-depth guides on financial crime and project finance, our platform is designed to upskill the next generation of commercial lawyers. TCLA is also a community where aspiring lawyers come together to better themselves. With over 53,000 active monthly users (as of January 2021), the TCLA forum is the place to meet other aspiring lawyers, future trainees and trainees, support one another through the highs and lows of the legal journey, and gain access to a growing bank of accessible advice.
