The Craft

The Craft & Co has been designed to encourage exploration and immersion across different crafts, whether it be enjoying a local cheese made by an artisan in our restaurant or learning how to make salami in our meat room. We endeavour to make everything in-house for our restaurant, but we also welcome you to come and get involved in the process. We are partnering with craft makers to bring our in-house elements alive and ensure these traditions continue for many more generations to come.
