The Design Solution

The Design Solution is a company of architects and designers based in London with experience of working throughout the world. Since our formation in 1984, we have specialised in the retail sector with projects ranging from shopping centres to department stores, duty free shops to bars and restaurants. For over 20 years we have been involved in the travel retail business. We have been responsible for the planning and design of the retail areas in many of the world's leading airports. Allied to this, we have created innovative and successful duty and tax free shops on five continents. Our aim is to design innovative and creative retail environments, tailored to each individual project with the customer clearly as the focus. We recognise that commercial considerations are at the heart of all of our projects which we carry out with enthusiasm and confidence using the latest technology alongside traditional design skills.
