The Dive Ao Nang

The Dive was established in 2012, by Liz and Bjørn. They have very different backgrounds, but both love diving. We are located in lovely Ao Nang, a small beach town in southern Thailand. The Dive could have been anywhere in the world, but is placed here, in Ao Nang, for many reasons. We like this town and feel at home here. Diving is a big part of life in Ao Nang, but not a dive factory. This is important for The Dive. We want to keep our groups small and give each student or diver the necessary time to become a better diver and have fun doing it. Bjørn is from Denmark and became a Dive master in 2010. Before he was a very skilled machinist, but discovered diving in 2009. Now, diving for him is a lifestyle. Liz is Thai, but has been living for 20+ years in Germany and Austria. Became divemaster in 2006 and Dive instructor in 2007. Before, Liz was involved in film and television production, and now he has devoted his career to diving.
