Formerly known as Kitsune Noir, the site was started in April of 2007 as way of sharing ideas that range from design and culture, to music and film. The site has been named Best Highbrow Arts Blog in Los Angeles by L.A. Weekly, one of the best design blogs by Paper magazine, nominated for a Bloggie award in the Art/Craft category, as well as one of the top 10 design blogs by Refinery 29.
