The George Prime Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant located atop the historic Founders Tower in Oklahoma City, OK and boasts some of the best 360 degree views of the city. Executive Chef Josh Valentine was born and raised in OKC and brings an impressive culinary resume, including a deep run on Top Chef Seattle. Owner and established restauranteur Kevin George has been a fixture in the OKC restaurant scene for decades.
