The Guthrie Group is a leading, independent consultancy firm, focussed on the initiation, facilitation and completion of transactions. It was founded in 1997 by Daniel S. Peña Sr. as a formalization of key contacts and trusted professionals he had worked with and come to respect throughout his 30+ year career. We combine a proactive, entrepreneurial approach, with our extensive transactional knowledge to provide our clients with an exceptionally strong support team. Collectively, our team have experienced every phase of a transaction's life cycle many times, from the simplest, to the most complex, with over 250 years of experience between our Principals, involving hundreds of transactions and billions of Euros in value. Head quartered at Guthrie Castle, Scotland, (Dan Peña's personal estate) and Manila, Philippines. We have an established network of long-term relationships with professionals spanning four continents. This network comprises "Global 20" corporations, wealthy individuals, leading private companies, Government officials, Private Equity and numerous financial institutions.
