The Haven Sdn Bhd (852948-T) is a wholly subsidiary of Superboom Projects Sdn Bhd incorporated primarily to undertake the development of The Haven Resort Hotel & Residences. Superboom Projects Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 27 June 2002 as a property development company. The Company started with development and management of a total 80 acre mix development project at Tambun, Ipoh. The mixed development consisting of 9 blocks of 576 apartment units and 3 blocks of 512 condo units.
