The Hill Station Signature Restaurant

The Hill Station was born out of a long lasting love and admiration for the area once called the Tonkinese Alps, its inhabitants and their unique culture and cuisine. We opened our doors in 2011 and currently have two restaurants in Sapa - The Hill Station Signature Restaurant and The Hill Station Deli & Boutique where we aim to both showcase the culinary traditions of Vietnam's remote Northern region while also paying tribute to its colonial heritage. In addition The Hill Station offers unique & authentic products which gives visitors a chance to bring home some of the high quality produce from the region together with other initiatives aimed at enhancing the experience people get when visiting Sapa and hopefully spread the word and reputation of this spectacular destination.
