Hollywood Inc was founded in 2008 as an e-commerce marketing, consulting and business development company to serve entertainment industry online verticals. This included TV, Film, Record Labels, Fashion, etc. It briefly expanded into TV production in 2009 - 2010. In 2011 re-focused back on e-commerce, online marketing and other merchant services in the domestic and international markets. As the merchant services portfolio grew, there became growing need for a dedicated team within Hollywood Inc to provide dedicated service to merchants, ISO's, PSP and acquiring banks. In 2015 Hollywood Inc created a new division called CWB Merchant Services to provide the dedicated team to the merchant services verticals. E-commerce and online marketing would remain under Hollywood Inc.
