Fast Food Management, Inc., developed and operates THE HOT POTATO, TOP POTATO and REGGIO fast food concepts. The firm was established in Puerto Rico in 1979. The Hot Potato is a fast food concept specializing in the sale of 12 oz. Idaho baked potatoes topped with a variety of over 28 succulent toppings. The restaurants also serve Papa-Wraps, a variety of salads, desserts and beverages. All the products served are prepared in our attractive restaurants with all the ingredients and preparation in full view of the customer. The hot toppings are kept in antique looking black kettles which, along with the fresh vegetable display, make the storefront an attractive focal point. Fast Food Management, Inc. currently owns fourteen (14) The Hot Potato and six (6) Top Potato restaurants in regional malls with food courts. Top Potato serves a similar menu with only name and color variances from The Hot Potato. Both concepts have shown very consistent record of sales growth per square foot since the opening of the first store in 1979. The growth and development of the firm is now headed by John A. Regis, Jr. C.E.O. who joined the company in 1984, and Jay Regis, President who joined the firm in 1994. Fast Food Management, Inc. has always shown an excellent sale and profit record from operations and enjoys excellent business as well as credit references. Fast Food Management, Inc. is listed in Dun & Bradstreet (#DB 09-113-3785) with an excellent credit record. The company also developed and operates Reggio Restaurants. Reggioserves delicious pizza and pasta, salads, desserts and beverages. Reggio operates seven (7) restaurants throughout the island.
