The investment committee look for dynamic entrepreneurs who are able to balance passion and values with sound business sense. In the pre-investment stage, we spend substantial time in identifying, vetting, guiding and mentoring new entrepreneurs before making the decision to invest. Mentoring, through regular interaction, is high on the list of priorities of the fund during this period and also contributes to a robust vetting process.
