The Koetter Group

The Koetter Group's core business has been the design-build adaptations of pre-engineered steel buildings meeting the needs of many commercial, industrial and institutional clients from small additions to multi-building industrial complexes. While pre-engineered has been the mainstay, the company also serves many clients in conventional and concrete tilt-up construction applications both in company generated plans and also in the plan-spec-bid setting. The Company entered the pre-engineered market as a distributor of Atlantic Building Systems. In 1988 the Company became a distributor for Ceco Building Systems based on a superior product and enhanced customer and technical support. Ceco Building Systems is one of the three largest suppliers of pre-engineered structures in the world. As Ceco's highest volume dealer, Koetter Construction has the attention of Ceco's management and is able to have input in matters of pricing, design, fabrication and delivery to ensure that our clients' needs are always met. Koetter has been recognized nationally for "its commitment to safety, employee benefits, training and community relations" by the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) through the "Accredited Quality Contractor" program. This program is open to all ABC members but accreditation is limited to those companies that exemplify the goals of the ABC organization consistently and adhere to their standards of excellence & safety.
