we are a real estate consultancy firm that offers thorough, transparent and fast one-stop real estate service in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in property. we specialize in representing both buyer/ lessee or seller/lessor particularly in marketing (advertising, property tour), property investments, property management, after sales service, bank financing and property loan assistance. we cater local and international markets of mid to ultra high-end properties. we partner and accredit with leading real estate developers in the philippines such as megaworld, rockwell land, victor consunji development corporation, ayalaland premier, robinsons land corporation, federal land, feligree, global-estate resorts, inc. and dmci homes to name a few. led by our founder and ceo reese meana, we started as imlead realty in 2017 with our founding location at mckinley hill, taguig city, philippines. two years later, we transformed as the lead realty with a pioneering team of 6 employees.
