The Life Church

The Life Church was founded in 1996 by John and Leslie Siebeling. After serving as missionaries in Africa for three years, God stirred their hearts to return to the States with a vision to start a life-giving church where people of all races, cultures and backgrounds would worship together and build significant, flourishing, God-centered lives. In 1996, with a team of seven people, they launched The Life Church in Memphis, TN. Today, The Life Church is a thriving, multi-cultural body of believers committed to serving people, developing leaders and impacting generations. Over the last four years, The Life Church has more than tripled in size, adding two campuses in the Mid-South area and another in Durban, South Africa, and reaches over 4000 people in weekend services. Our heart is to share what has (and hasn't!) worked for us, to help you reach more people and to build your local church.
