We focus on our working relationship with them, and as a consequence we have the ability to place deals which sit outside of their published terms. In short, we may be able to place a deal which has been turned down elsewhere. It's always worth giving us a call and seeing what we can do. We work as broker; meaning that we shop around our panel of lenders to find the right loan for your client.
