We offer a unique series of creative workshops giving you new skills and the satisfaction of making something beautiful with your own two hands! We take great pleasure in showing people how they can experience enjoyment while learning a skills that will fulfill several needs, save a lot of money over a lifetime, and challenge people to become more independent. To fit into your busy life, we provide most of the equipment & materials so all you really need to bring is you! The Makehouse isn't just a sewing studio, it's a space where life, creativity and community are passionately celebrated every day. We stock a unique range of sewing and crafting supplies along with local designers work including Uniquely Cedra, Trinkets by Design, Sugar and Candy, Thread Theory, Apple Turnover and many more. Many of the pieces we carry are totally one of a kind. We are currently showcasing art work by Helga Strauss Stevens, Andrea Soos, Jessie Beauvilliers and Alexa Gibbs.
