One of the many things Holly has developed over the years is a strong bond with the community. Being involved with many of the community initiatives is a passion for Holly. She has been a member of Rotary International since 1995, The McKinney Chamber of Commerce since 1989, provided numerous volunteer hours and support for Habitat for Humanity and The Samaritan Inn. Holly is also a past graduate of Leadership McKinney. Holly’s achievements in the Real Estate community have been recognized in many ways over the past 20 years. In 2006 Holly was named by D Magazine as one of Dallas’ Top 50 Real Estate Agents and has received this recognition again in 2007, 2008 and 2009. In addition, The Milstead Team has been recognized as one of the top team in Keller Williams Realty, receiving the following awards: Double Gold 2001- 2002, Triple Gold 2003-2005, and Quadruple Gold 2006-Present. Holly’s success as a Realtor can be attributed to her strong family values, genuine concern for her clients, use of state of the art technology, commitment to marketing, internet presence and a sincere love for real estate.
