The Monroe Group, LLC is a boutique consulting firm focused on delivering quality results for our clients with an expertise in Project Management, Disaster Recovery, and Emergency Management. Our team operates predominately in the New York City/Tri-State area. Our group's foundation is built on our primary strengths, experience and relationships in disaster recovery, emergency management, policy/program implementation, community development, construction, and architecture. Our expertise in designing, building and operating similar programs under strict regulatory guidance allows us to leverage past experiences in order to craft solutions for our clients with minimal risk and implantation time. We have diverse clientele ranging from the private real estate development firms to local, state and federal organizations managing government funds for public community development efforts. The Monroe Group, LLC was founded in 2015 by disaster recovery experts, Desmonde S. Monroe and Sridhar Ayala. Both partners bring extensive experience and institutional knowledge of program management, process optimization, and the design and implementation of monitoring & compliance systems for specializing government services. The Monroe Group's highly specialized team can leverage best practices to design, implement and operate all phases of a large-scale grant management program and construction projects. We bring an intimate knowledge of the formation and implementation for federal and state recovery programs from ideation and planning to execution and operation. Our understanding of program rules, experience in crafting & documenting procedures and fulfillment of the implementation of the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Effort (CDBG-DR) for Hurricane Irene, Tropical Storm Lee, and Super Storm Sandy fully supports our client's needs in this space.
