The Mortgage House Inc., California Avenue Branch was established in June 1998, three years after the company was founded in Woodland Hills, California. The current manager at the California Ave branch was instrumental in establishing the local office in 1998, and with his current loan officers and staff, continues to provide Kern County with honest, professional mortgage services. Our branch was founded on the principle of putting the customer first. We strive to provide our customers with the best mortgage, at the lowest rate, while providing great service and on-time closings.
