Jeff and Nikki Musgrave represented me as my realtors and I cant say enough great things about how well both of them treated my fiance and I throughout the entire process. 5 Star! Jeff help me find the perfect house. He was always easy to get a hold of and once we found a house he made sure everything went smooth. He knew when the houses needed a lot of work, and when the houses we were looking at were at a fair price. He always reminded my wife and I to be patient and not to rush into a bad deal because there is a new house in the market every day. Finally, when we he found the perfect one for us he helped us come up with the right offer. If you are looking for somebody who is actively working on your search he is the guy and I highly recommend him. Nicole was wonderful to work with! She sent us listings for months before we actually made our cross country move in order to get an understanding for what we wanted in a home, was flexible in regards to our schedule (since we were coming to look at houses from out of state), and worked hard to expedite the entire process once we found the house we ultimately bought. She is amazing! Jeff was fantastic, we are moving to Tamapa area from Pittsburgh and we could never have made the move without Jeff and his expertise! He is the BEST!. Nicole went above and beyond. She was always available to answer any questions my wife and I had. She was honest and guided us in the right direction since this was our first home buying experience. She is definitely the only realtor I would ever use.
