Today, Nightingale's commercial real estate holdings is in excess of two million square feet. Additionally, the company's property management portfolio also contains third-party owned retail and industrial properties. Many of our investors are based in New York, near Nightingale Properties' back-office operations. They know they can stop in for a cup of coffee and an energetic exchange about the issues of the day, as well as up-to-the-minute property news. One of the keys to our success is the close relationships our management team and staff maintain with investors, property owners, tenants, and vendors, year-upon-year. Nightingale Properties acquires centrally-located office and retail properties in growing secondary markets where we can maintain high rates of occupancy. Nightingale Properties' focus on core areas within specific major secondary markets, allows the company, its investors and its clients, to reap the benefit of better tenancies under an efficient management and leasing plan.
