Being prospective, leaning forward with action, defines the TPG culture. In 2009, TPG's Owner and President, Taejean Converti, provided TPG's first direct government contract support to the Department of State (DoS). TPG and its employees have hundreds of years of experience, collectively, of successful program and project management, business process reengineering and optimization, enterprise architecture, mobile and cloud computing, cyber security, records management, and diplomatic business experience. TPG is an economically disadvantaged women owned small business (EDWOSB). TPG is appraised at CMMI Level 3 with excellent performance credentials with several bureaus at the Department of State, including: Administration (A), Consular Affairs (CA), Diplomatic Security (DS), Foreign Service Institute (FSI), Information Resource Management (IRM), Office of Management Policy, Rightsizing, and Innovation (M/PRI), and Overseas Building Operations (OBO).
