We are a family-based company with over 35 years' experience in refrigeration and air conditioning. We began with the mission of providing 24-hour on call refrigeration services to customers that were unable to source this type of response. Since then, we have expanded our knowledge base and expertise to include insulation and construction works to provide a total solution package to customers located both locally and abroad. By placing ourselves in the "customers' shoes" when it relates to equipment breakdown and product loss, we realized the need provide a service based on quality workmanship and attention to the customers' individual needs. We came up with the solution of providing a monthly retainer arrangement giving some customers a more fixed financial allocation for equipment maintenance. This solution enabled us to attract and secure many clients over time such as the True Value supermarket chain, Prestige Holdings {KFC, Long John Silver, TGIF, etc.}, Burger King, Subway restaurant chain, Albrosco Ltd and Carib Brewery. Most of the previously mentioned companies were held for periods ranging from 2 to 9 years. Our current clients include the Ruby Tuesday restaurant chain, Gulf View Medical hospital,Kiss Baking Company Great Foods Ltd, Sea Foods Enterprises Ltd, Cool Caribbean {Scotia bank and Royal Bank}, University Of Grenada, National Insurance Property Development Co, Datasur (Suriname) Goppie Investments (Guyana),BM Enterprises (Guyana) and several domestic customers. Thermo Dynamics delivers what most other service providers hesitate to do by removing the upfront cost of acquisition, long term expense and hassle of maintenance and repairs with our "Rent To Own" concept. Our work is continuously being recognized both locally and regionally as we have a dedicated team on board firmly focused on satisfying all of our customer's needs. All our team members are regularly trained both off and on the job and are encouraged to continuously improve their knowledge base so that we are able to address any problem that we may encounter. We will work our customers to provide a solution by using the wealth of professional affiliations we have accumulated over the years. We have established a business presence in the island of Grenada expanding on our services to various clients such as Sandals Hotel,Silver Sands Hotel, St Georges University,KfC,Subway,Pizza Hut . e in the process of opening a retail outlet that will provide added value to the industry over there.
