The Shrink Shop

The Shrink Shop will provide you with the skill, knowledge, support, and products so that you can make a permanent shift in your body composition. We don't want you to need us forever, we want to build on referrals and not rely on repeat business. Our hope is that your long-term success will inspire your friends, family and your community. 2019 will see the introduction of The Shrink Shops workshop and online course. Weight loss need not be daunting, overwhelming or boring. We will not preach anyone diet, but in completion, you will understand exactly how to lose weight and why in the past you haven't. We are also looking to partner with other like-minded events/workshops/retreats.
