The Soul Shala

We are located on Stourbridge High Street above the shops and are delighted to be making yoga classes convenient and affordable for people to get to. Here at the Shala we are passionate about the ancient and sacred practices of yoga and meditation and making these accesible to everyone. We offer authentic yoga classes within an environment that is cosy, welcoming and where people have time to stay and chat and be part of a growing yoga community. We are also hugely passionate about the environment and where possible have tried to set up our studio in an eco and sustainable way. Our local community has been involved in helping us set up this beautiful space by donating yoga mats, decorations and their time. Our vision for the studio is that it becomes a place of refuge for people in their busy modern lives, somewhere where they can come and have a cup of tea, a chat and then roll out their mat to find peace through yoga.
