Our permanent residential staff, who are clearly identified by their uniform and name badges, are available for 24 hour support. We also have a Matron and welfare team to ensure your stay is as safe and comfortable as possible. Students' health and happiness is our number one priority at all times. Our staff are fully trained in welfare and safeguarding.
