The Talent Source was founded by management consultants, Maikel Marrero, and Claire Marrero, who each possess over twenty years of Information Technology expertise gained from careers supporting Fortune 500, and Tier One Consulting Firms globally. Since the firm's establishment in early 2009, we have grown rapidly by leveraging our connectivity in the HiTech community to support some of the world's most prestige brands, providing Talent On Demand, Tech Search and PMOplus+ solutions across the United States. In building a company we love, we first had to build a team that we love! So it is with delight that we introduce our Leadership Team.
