Tech Foundry

Tech Foundry offers a revolutionary approach to satisfying the needs of skill development for traditionally low-income, underserved populations, while simultaneously developing an entry level IT workforce in the Pioneer Valley. To realize our mission and at no charge, Tech Foundry students learn new technology skills, meet professionals in the field, intern at real IT jobs, take field trips to major IT employers, meet peers who share the same savvy interests and hear guests talk about their IT experiences. Who do we serve? Tech Foundry principally serves young adults who have completed high school and are looking for a career path. Through our job training, we also directly serve the employer community in the Pioneer Valley by providing a workforce with specific IT skills. We establish working partnerships with area employers who are looking to satisfy their IT human resource needs with a freshly trained workforce, armed with the skills realized as a Tech Foundry graduate.
