Transportation Corridor Agencies
The Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA) is comprised of two joint powers authorities -- San Joaquin Hills and Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agencies -- was created to plan, finance, construct and operate Orange County, California's Toll Road network comprised of State Routes 73, 133, 241 and 261. The Toll Roads, with $335 million in annual revenue, have been providing a choice for drivers for more than 20 years. The tolls collected are used to fund debt service issued to construct the 51-mile toll road system, operations and capital projects.
